Javea Online was born in 1999 from the personal experiences that we, Jo and Tony Henderson, found when purchasing our own property in Javea.  

Initially working with a small number of agents we now have a network of a selected group of 30 established and reputable local agents and builders. Please note that on our web site we only have a small selection of the nearly 500 properties available. 

We can show you far more than any single agent as once we know your requirements we can “cherry pick” suitable properties and arrange a comprehensive visit schedule. As our commission comes out of the agent’s commission from the seller our service is at no cost to you.

To good to be true?  Such a simple and sensible idea it has now a number of impersonators.  So why us?  -  A bi-lingual site and team – More contacts - A constantly updated and diverse web site – A  highly informative  Directory  about living in Javea – and most importantly a large number of happy clients/now friends  who are only too eager to offer their names as references. 

Also we will not mislead. Javea is a sought after area, not only by Northern Europeans but it is also the “seaside resort” for the Spaniards from Madrid and Valencia. Prices have escalated and we are now unlikely to be able to assist unless you have a minimum budget of £250,000 for a villa or £120,000 for an apartment. So please beware Javea is not cheap – but of course there are reasons for this.
